Loffee is prepared like coffee. It is suitable for the filter, the French press, the mocha pot, the portafilter and also for many fully automatic machines (it must be possible to regulate the amount of coffee and the grind; not every model is suitable).
Ground: We use an Omni-Grind, which is suitable for all preparation methods.
For preparation in the French press & in the filter
Whole bean: We use a special type of lupin that is smaller than others. This means that the whole beans can be ground in any grinder.
Please follow the 20/20 rule:
Grind 20% coarser and use 20% less powder than for conventional coffee.
